TLDR
OVERVIEW
To & Fro is a mobile travel app that consolidates trip planning, collaboration, and itinerary sharing in one platform. Groups can plan together, vote on decisions, and build shared itineraries from day one.
ROLE
Owned end-to-end design of the Create a Trip flow, defining voting mechanics and shared itineraries for group travel. Collaborated with a fellow intern to resolve overlapping flows, worked within the MVP feature matrix, and delivered annotated handoff documentation for engineering.
IMPACT
Improved design-to-engineering efficiency by producing annotated user flows and aligning on feasibility early.
Co-founders validated Create a Trip flow as intuitive and aligned with product vision.
