OVERVIEW
To & Fro is a mobile travel app that consolidates trip planning, collaboration, and itinerary sharing in one platform. Groups can plan together, vote on decisions, and build shared itineraries from day one.
ROLE
Owned end-to-end design of the Create a Trip flow for a group travel planning app by defining voting mechanics and shared decision-making tools for groups of 2 to 10 people.
IMPACT
Design system adopted across 4 intern workflows, establishing consistent interaction patterns across the full product.
Resolved a cross-functional conflict that prevented feature duplication.
Delivered handoff documentation approved for engineering implementation by co-founders.
